Effective the week of August 26, 2024, in accordance with industry security standards, all Faith Direct Admin Users and Donors must update their passwords as a measure to protect parish data and transactions. Actions required with the password reset are minimal. You will simply be required to update your password when the system prompts you.
Donors Donors will receive notice of the password updates throughout August via their Donation Reminder Emails. Donors will see the following message after successful sign-in on membership.faithdirect.net:

There will be no actions needed by our donors other than updating your password when the system prompts you to do so.
