The Catholic University of America Collection

The weekend of September 7-8, 2024, the Diocese of Rockville Centre will take up the National Collection for The Catholic University of America. The University, located in Washington, D.C., is a national research institution with over 5,700 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in more than 250 academic programs. Your contribution will support the formation of future Catholic leaders, both religious and lay, who receive an exceptional, faith-inspired education. The University also conducts research and training initiatives to assist dioceses and parishes in addressing the most critical needs of their faithful. The Catholic Project is an initiative that brings together clergy and laity to tackle the challenges facing the Catholic Church in the U.S. through education, formation, research, events, and media. Additionally, the university offers a master’s program in Ecclesial Administration and Management and a credentialing program for recent graduates aspiring to serve as campus ministers. These are just a few examples of how the University serves the Church and the nation.
